handmade cloth diapers and cloth diapering products

esbaby was founded in 2005 with the birth of my second child. i had already done the college thing. i have two bachelor's degrees - one in journalism and one in public relations. i started going to college when my daughter was 6 months old. as a single mother, this was a tough choice, but one i felt i needed to make so that i would be able to support us as a family.

after the birth of my son, i decided to use that education in a different way, and put my sewing skills to use. i would make the very products i was using on my son: cloth diapers. this allows me to stay home with both of my children and use the skill i learned from my grandmothers, sewing, and use the knowledge i paid for in college to sell my own products.

i strive to make the very best products i possibly can. i am the "customer service" department, which means you will receive the best customer service you've probably ever experienced. i have had many relationships over the past 9 years with my customers, as they trust me and know that my products are not only well-made, but if any problem does arise, i will be there to make right by them. want to know about my customers? check out this blog entry.



All major credit cards and Paypal is accepted. If paying by Paypal e-check, I will not start your order [if a custom] or send the order [if an instock item] until the e-check has cleared. You are welcome to pay with check or money order. I will send the order out as soon as the check has cleared or the money order recieved.


All orders ship via USPS based on the weight of the package, destination and what shipping service you choose, ie Priority Mail, First Class Mail, etc.

Custom orders will ship as soon as they are completed. In-stock items will ship within 48 hours from time of purchase.

If you choose to purchase insurance for your items, please contact me and I can add this to your purchase. i suggest getting insurance on larger packages. I do send items internationally. international packages can RARELY be tracked. so once they are purchased and i send the confirmation out that they have been shipped, there is little i can do beyond that point to make sure you receive your product. please keep this in mind if you are ordering internationally.


If within 14 days from the time of receipt there is a problem with workmanship ONLY, an exchange will be given as a store credit or product exchange ONLY if the product is in unwashed/unused condition. Refunds will not be given. You must e-mail me before sending back an item for exchange. If you experience a problem with the product due to workmanship within 30 days of receiving the item, I will cover the cost of shipping back to me so that I can make the repair. I will also cover the cost of shipping back to you. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact me.

When it comes to snaps and elastic: I am more than happy to repair elastic that has gone bad or snaps that have broken or have stopped working, however, the cost of shipping both ways is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns/Exchanges on instock orders

If a product is purchased as an instock item and is not a custom order in anyway [you pick size slots are considered custom], and workmanship is the issue, you can return the product if it is unwashed/unsused within 30 days for a refund.

i am NOT responsible for sizing issues. sizes are clearly marked with measurements for each product. please measure your child for accurate fit.


NYS residents pay 4% sales tax on diapers and 8% sales tax on everything else.

Custom Orders

The time frame of custom orders is set at 4-6 weeks from the time payment is received. Even though I usually complete orders much sooner than that, I like to give myself some leeway in case anything should come up [sickness, etc].

When purchasing an item or custom spot, you automatically agree to these terms. Please email me with any questions or comments you may have or send me a convo through Etsy.
